Our guest speaker, Bill Karges, will discuss “Putting Your Garden to Bed”. Bill will bring expertise, insights, and recommendations on gardens, lawns, and plants. He will give us advice and great tips for getting our flower and vegetable gardens ready for the coming months. Bill has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Botany from the University of Iowa with a minor in speech. Put on your Sunday best for October 29, 2023—our biggest celebration event ever! It's our club's 60th Anniversary!!! Invitations will be sent out for this is event which will include a formal plated luncheon and exciting activities! It will be held at the Bloomingdale Golf Club where we will honor seniors, veterans, and dignitaries who have supported the mission of our club for 60 years.
